1. Definitions and Applicability

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to complete ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this amount has been wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus offer is given once per member, household, or device.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus is automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancing to a higher tier depends on regular activity and contribution on the platform. Each tier has its own benefits and privileges.

6. Gaming Code of Conduct

All users must maintain fair and respectful conduct while playing on jaua9. The following code of conduct must be followed to ensure a proper environment on the platform.

• Exploiting any error or technical issue is prohibited; if you encounter such an incident, notify the support team immediately.
• Disrespectful or harassing behaviour toward other members is not allowed.
• Any form of cheating or coordinated fraudulent tactics in live games is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is prohibited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy
